By purchasing, downloading, or using my models/avatars, you agree to the following terms.

PERSONAL USE

You may:- Use the model for personal projects, renders, artwork, animations, and fan works with visible credit.- Create personal edits and modifications.- Use the model in monetized YouTube videos, streams, and similar content with visible credit.- Port and use the model on supported platforms for your own personal use.If you create something with the model, I'd love to see it! ♡

RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:- Sell, redistribute, share, trade, or leak the model, whether modified or unmodified.- Upload the model to asset stores, public download sites, or file-sharing services.- Include the model or its assets in asset packs or other redistributable projects.- Extract and reuse the model's meshes, textures, materials, rigs, or other included assets in other projects for redistribution or sale.- Claim the model or its included assets as your own original work.- Use the model or its assets for AI training, datasets, or similar machine-learning purposes.

VRCHAT & SOCIAL VR

You may use and modify the avatar for your own personal use on platforms such as VRChat.The avatar must remain private.You may NOT:- Upload the avatar as Public.
Make the avatar clonable or otherwise accessible to other users.- Upload the avatar to another person's account unless they also legally own the model.- Share the avatar files or provide access to the avatar to anyone who does not own the model.You may commission someone to create a private edit, provided that both parties legally own the model. The original files may not be redistributed by the commissioned artist.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of the model itself is not allowed without prior permission.This includes, but is not limited to:
- Games
- Merchandise
- Asset sales
- Commercial avatar sales
- Products containing the model or its assets
